Step-by-Step Replacement Procedure

Follow these steps to replace the water pump in your Hino

  1. Remove coolant

  2. Remove radiator or only loose its mount bolts make some space

  3. Remove fan, pully and fan belt

  4. Remove benzo bolt and water pipe

  5. Remove 8 bolts from its front side

  6. And then remove 3 bolts from upper side

  7. remove water pump

  8. clean all gasket area

  9. Put new gasket or silicon

  10. Put new water pump

  11. Now tight all the nuts and bolts

    IN THE END START ENGINE AND CHECK IF THERE ARE ANY LEAKINGS OR NOT.
